WHAT TO EXPECT
Your initial consultation lasts 60 minutes. Rick will take a full case history covering your past and present health and your current problem, carry out a physical examination of the symptomatic and related areas, and provide treatment in the same session.
Throughout the consultation open communication is encouraged and questions are welcomed and answered. All consultations are held in complete confidentiality and patient safety and comfort are paramount.
Follow-up appointments typically last 45 minutes. Rick will advise on the number of sessions likely to be needed after your first visit — for some acute conditions one or two treatments may be sufficient, while chronic conditions may benefit from ongoing maintenance.
